    I don’t live in Wilmette, but I have enjoyed being there during the summer. I sit on a bench and relax as I take in the beautiful view. I feel outraged that they would erect a fence to mar that view.
    May I, tongue in cheek, suggest doing a MAYOR DALY by going in during the night and removing it?
